Fuel automation of 9 mobile stations for the Gendarmerie General Command

In the field operations of public institutions, fuel is managed under high expectations for security, traceability and accountability. For mobile stations operating at scattered locations, every refueling and every stock movement must be reliably recorded and auditable from the center.

Because mobile stations work under changing field conditions, the durability of dispensing equipment and the integrity of records are core requirements of the automation.

The fuel automation of 9 mobile stations belonging to the Gendarmerie General Command was installed by PetroDATA on behalf of the contractor İşpet Mühendislik Ltd. Şti. and successfully commissioned.

Each station was fitted with tank and pump monitoring: tank level is measured by a Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) probe, an industrial dual Fuelsis pump is connected to the automation over the Gilbarco protocol, and the vehicle being refueled is identified by an RFID reader. Every fill is recorded automatically, the change in tank level is reconciled with sales, and data is passed on to central reporting.
