How does it work?
- On the client record, you enter preferences such as budget range, the type they're looking for (for sale/for rent, apartment/commercial), region, and number of rooms.
- PetroEmlak scores the listings in the pool against this profile; the best matches are listed at the top.
- Matching is two-way: For a given listing, you can also see a list of "clients suited to this listing."
