The situation before automation
Sites running simultaneously in different provinces each tracked fuel consumption in their own way. The head office could only see site consumption at month-end, via manually compiled tables.
Cross-site comparison, consolidated reconciliation and ERP alignment were a manual, error-prone process.
The PetroDATA approach
The tank and pump automation at each site was connected to a single central platform; all movements began flowing to the center in real time.
With role- and permission-based access, the head office monitors all sites from one panel while site managers see only their own site. Reports were produced reconciled with ERP (Logo/Mikro/SAP).
